With parallel passions in film and education, Brian brings a fun, informed, and informative approach to classrooms and workshops. He has taught filmmaking classes for schools across the country including Eastern Kentucky University and the Art Institute of Ohio – Cincinnati; he was most recently an Assistant Professor of Film and Digital Media at the University of North Georgia, teaching directing, acting, and producing. Outside of universities, Brian has designed courses and workshops for community education and non-profit programs. Many of Brian’s students have received regional awards, advanced film degrees, and employment in the film industry.
